Raffle Terms and Conditions

Fallen Armory Raffles:

1. By entering any and all of the raffle prize drawings, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions.

2. All raffle prize drawings are being hosted by Fallen Armory Corporation, a non-profit organization.

3. All raffle prize drawings are hosted at Fallen Armory’s place of business at 711 College Ave. in Goodland, KS 67735. 

Eligibility:

1. Each entrant to any raffle must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter at the time the raffle is opened and released to the general public.

2. Upon entering any raffle, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim the proposed prize that you may win.

3. It is also up to each individual who has entered to ensure they are in compliance with all local and state laws where they reside.

4. There are no limitations on how many raffle tickets one may purchase or be given.

a) Tickets will be available as long as the number of tickets sold do not exceed the number of tickets allowed per raffle.

i) For instance: A raffle drawing is released and there are a maximum of 20 tickets being sold. An individual may purchase two tickets bringing the remaining maximum tickets to be sold down to 18 available. However, if there are 19 tickets already sold, an individual may only purchase one ticket to equal the total maximum of 20 tickets.

5. All donations/sales for raffle tickets are final and non-refundable unless otherwise posted. 

How to Enter:

1. Each raffle drawing may be released to the public in different forms and manners in order to comply with each of the terms and conditions and privacy policies in place by all social media that Fallen Armory has an account with.

Non-Firearm Raffles: 

1. Each raffle held with a prize other than a firearm may be released to the general public via Facebook (Fallen Armory), Instagram (fallenarmory), www.fallenarmory.com or by opting in to receive an email.

2. To enter these types of raffles:

a) It will be required there must be an active listing/posting of a current raffle on any of Fallen Armory’s Social Media Accounts or Fallen Armory’s Website.

b) Entrants must purchase tickets online via “www.fallenarmory.com” 

c) Fallen Armory will not accept any responsibility if any of the entrants basic contact information (Name, Phone Number and any other additional details asked by Fallen Armory Staff but, not provided to Fallen Armory Staff) is not current, is incomplete or inaccurate.

d) Entrants must make a donation (cost of the ticket) to Fallen Armory in order to receive a raffle ticket and be entered into the raffle.

e) Entrants will receive an email with their listed email on their account with a raffle ticket for the raffle they have been entered into.

f) Fallen Armory and it’s staff are not liable for the items/prizes or any actions the winner performs after the items/prizes have been transferred to the winner.

i) Any product manual, information guides, warranty information etc. will be included with each item/prize, if applicable.

3. Winners of non-firearm raffles:

a) Winners will be contacted by the listed phone number on their account first, then by email second to notify them of their win.

b) If the winner of a non-firearm raffle does not wish to drive to Fallen Armory’s place of business in Goodland, KS to retrieve the prize, the item may be shipped to the winners residence.

i) Should the winner choose to have it shipped elsewhere, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

Firearm Raffles: 

1. Each raffle held with a prize of being a firearm may be released to the general public via Facebook (Fallen Armory), Instagram (fallenarmory), www.fallenarmory.com or by opting in to receive an email.

2. To enter these types of raffles:

a) It will be required there must be an active listing/posting of a current raffle on any of Fallen Armory’s Social Media Accounts or Fallen Armory’s Website.

b) Entrants must purchase tickets online via “www.fallenarmory.com

c) Fallen Armory will not accept any responsibility if any of the entrants basic contact information (Name, Phone Number and any other additional details asked by Fallen Armory Staff but, not provided to Fallen Armory Staff) is not current, is incomplete or inaccurate. 

d) Entrants must make a donation (Cost of Ticket) to Fallen Armory in order to receive a raffle ticket and be entered into the raffle.

e) The winner of the raffle must be the sole individual who receives the firearm. Identification verification will be held by Fallen Armory Staff until satisfactory has been achieved.   

f) After a winner has been randomly selected, a winner of a firearm must be able to successfully pass a background check to comply and fulfill all the requirements as required by local, state and federal law.

i) The winner of a firearm will be responsible for an additional $25 non-refundable fee to have the background check completed.

ii) Should the chosen winner not pass the background check, a new drawing will be held and a different winner will be chosen.

g) Fallen Armory and it’s staff are not liable for the items/prizes or any actions the winner performs after the items/prizes have been transferred to the winner.

i) Any product manual, information guides, warranty information etc. will be included with each item/prize, if applicable.

3. Winners of firearms:

a) If the winner of a firearm does not wish to drive to Fallen Armory’s place of business in Goodland, KS to retrieve the prize, the firearm may be shipped to another Federal Firearms Licensee of the winner's choice. 

i) Should the winner choose to have it shipped elsewhere, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

Payment Options:

1. Fallen Armory Corporation has the following methods set-up to receive payment for any type of donation, retail products or any other types of sales:

a) Cash

i) In-person only transactions

b) Check/Cashiers Check:

i) May be mailed to Fallen Armory’s place of business after having a mutual agreement set-up with a member of Fallen Armory’s Staff.

ii) Checks must be made out in the following manner:

711 College Ave.

Goodland, KS 67735

c) Credit Cards/Apple Pay/Google Pay

i) All Fallen Armory staff have access to point of sales terminals and can conduct these sales

ii) A 2.5% service & processing fee is added in addition to any donation, retail product or any other type of sales.

2. Sales Tax will not be applied to any donations made/received.

3. Sales Tax will apply to any retail products or any other types of sales, where applicable.

Prizes:

1. All prizes will be announced prior to the drawing for any raffle.

2. Winners do not need to be present to win the prize, unless otherwise specified.

3. Fallen Armory’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of any such brands.

4. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered, unless otherwise posted or announced.

5. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or higher value if any circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. The decision of Fallen Armory regarding any aspect of the prize drawing is final and binding. No additional correspondence will be entered about it.

Winner Announcement:

1. The winner will be notified after each raffle has concluded and a winner has been randomly chosen.

2. Fallen Armory staff will attempt to contact the winner within 48 hours after the raffle has concluded as stated above.

a) Contact will first be attempted to be made by Phone

b) Contact will secondly be attempted to be made by Email

3. Fallen Armory staff will attempt to contact the winner via all means necessary to include the winners phone number, social media accounts, email accounts or by any other information provided by the entrant etc.

4. If the winner is unable to be contacted, they will lose their right to the prize, and Fallen Armory reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

Receipt of the Prize:

1. Arrangements will be made between the winner of a raffle and Fallen Armory staff to deliver any prizes through mutual agreements.

2. Receipts can be given upon request. 

Data Protection and Publicity:

1. You consent to any personal information provided in entering the prize drawing to being used by Fallen Armory for the purposes of administering the drawing.

2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at Support@fallenarmory.com

3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and last name initial to be released and announced on all of Fallen Armory’s social media and website.

a) In certain instances, winners consent to being contacted by Fallen Armory Staff to obtain permission to obtain and utilize a photograph of the winner and their prize for the use of Fallen Armory’s social media accounts and website.

Limitation of Liability:

1. Fallen Armory does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the raffle drawing or being selected for a prize as a winner. Fallen Armory does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

2. Fallen Armory does not provide any form of practical or IT support for any prizes.

3. Upon the winner receiving the prize, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product will be that of the prize winner. 

General:

1. Fallen Armory reserves the right to cancel the raffle prize drawings or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
